was founded in early 2015 in Chengdu by a team of PhD researchers from a leading university’s School of Polymer Science and Engineering. From day one, our mission has been to advance China’s polymer materials industry through original innovation, scientific research, and high-end customization.

We specialize in the R&D, formulation, and manufacturing of specialty modified polymer materials and additives, with a strong focus on customized PVC compounds. Our products are developed for both extrusion and injection molding processes and are widely used in medical devices, LED lighting, cables, footwear, and food-contact applications.

Mengyuan’s R&D center is led by a highly experienced technical team with strong academic backgrounds. We continuously develop tailor-made PVC solutions that meet precise performance requirements—such as hardness control, flexibility, transparency, temperature resistance, UV stability, and environmental compliance.

Each formulation is independently designed and tested to ensure consistent quality, processability, and long-term reliability under diverse industrial conditions.

Quality is the foundation of Mengyuan. Every batch of material undergoes strict inspection from raw material selection to final delivery.

Our PVC compounds comply with REACH, RoHS, FDA, EN71, and CA65 standards, ensuring safety for both medical and food-grade applications. 

We are also committed to developing non-toxic, low-VOC, and recyclable PVC materials, aligning with the principles of sustainable manufacturing.

To bridge the gap between research and industrialization, Mengyuan established two advanced manufacturing bases in Dongguan, Guangdong — Dongguan Heben Plastic Materials Co., Ltd. (2016) and Dongguan Mengyuan Plastic Materials Co., Ltd. (2017).

With a production capacity exceeding 18,000 tons per year, we operate modern extrusion, mixing, and pelletizing lines equipped with precise quality inspection instruments to guarantee stable performance and efficient output.
