FAQ

What types of PVC compounds do you offer?

We offer a wide range of specialty modified PVC compounds, including soft PVC, rigid PVC, medical-grade PVC, food-grade PVC, wire and cable PVC, transparent high-elastic PVC, anti-fog, and anti-migration grades.

Can your PVC compounds be customized?

Yes. We can customize PVC formulations based on specific requirements such as hardness, color, temperature resistance, weatherability, flame retardancy, and environmental compliance.

Are your PVC materials environmentally friendly?

Yes. Our PVC compounds are free from lead, cadmium, and phthalate plasticizers, and comply with RoHS, REACH, FDA, EN71, and CA65 standards.

What industries are your PVC compounds used in?

Our PVC materials are widely used in medical tubing, food packaging, household appliances, electrical cables, sealing strips, toys, footwear, and LED tubing.

What processing methods are suitable for your PVC compounds?

Our PVC compounds are suitable for extrusion, injection molding, calendering, and blow molding, with formulations adjustable for specific processing equipment.

What is the hardness range of your PVC materials?

The hardness of our soft PVC ranges from Shore A 45–95, while rigid PVC can reach Shore D 60–80, customizable as needed.

Can your PVC compounds replace TPR or silicone?

In some applications, yes. Our specially modified soft PVC grades can replace TPR or silicone, offering similar flexibility and aging resistance at a lower cost.

Are your PVC materials resistant to high or low temperatures?

Yes. We offer modified PVC compounds with temperature resistance ranging from –40°C to +120°C, suitable for demanding industrial environments.

How should PVC compounds be stored and handled?

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and moisture. Pre-drying is recommended for optimal processing stability.

Can you provide technical support and material test reports?

Yes. We can provide detailed material property reports (tensile strength, elongation, hardness, heat resistance, etc.) along with process optimization and technical guidance.
